1.1 Where's My Order?

We send out all physical products (Cards, CDs, DVDs & Books) by First Class Mail. Overseas order are sent by First Class Air Mail. Delivery times vary from a few days to a few weeks. Overseas parcels to more remote areas can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Downloadable products (MP3 Audio Downloads & E-books) are available to you through your Salad Account as soon as your payment has been confirmed. If you have not received your order please contact Serena at info@saladltd.co.uk




1.2 How Do I Get My Download?

For access to any downloadable part of your order, whether MP3 Audio or Ebook Bonus, please use the following instructions:

1. Go to www.saladltd.co.uk/catalog

2. Click on the “My Account” icon that appears in the top right hand side of the screen

3. Enter your login details and click the green “login” button

4. Click the “View” button next to the order you wish to download

1.3 Where Are My Free Bonuses?

There are two types of bonuses that can be part of a Salad promotion

1. Physical – such as a Bonus CD or free deck of cards.

Physical bonuses will be posted to you.

2. Downloadable – such as Ebook manuals or bonus audio downloads.

Downloadable bonuses are available to you through your Salad account.

1.4 What Are Salad's Delivery Rates?

Our charges for packing and shipping are as follows:

United Kingdom (UK): £2.95

European Union (EU): £3.75

Rest of World (E.g. US & Australia): £5.25

Please note that VAT is payable on all of our products (unless you live in a VAT exempt country) at 17.5%

Shipping & VAT charges are not included in the initial price visible and will be added on at checkout.




1.5 Does Salad Have Any Delivery Restrictions?

You are welcome to order from most countries, we have customers Worldwide and dispatch goods daily to all places around the globe. Some countries are notoriously difficult to get parcels into, i.e. South Africa. We will do everything we can to get your order to you. One way to help us is for you to provide us with as much shipping information as possible, house number, street, town, city, region, country and postcode. The more information displayed on your parcel, the more likely it will be to find you.

On the rare occasion we cannot get a parcel to you we will provide a full refund.

1.6 My Order Has Arrived But It Is Damaged

If your order has arrived damaged please email Sheila at sheila@saladltd.co.uk with your order number and details of what is damaged.




1.7 My Order Has Arrived But It Is Incomplete/Wrong

If your order has arrived and is incomplete or wrong please email Sheila at sheila@saladltd.co.uk with your order number and details of what is incorrect about what you have received.
