1.1 How Do I Set Up A Salad Account?

To set up your own Salad account go to https://www.saladltd.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=login and fill in your details under "New - Please Provide Your Billing Information".

Once you have filled in all the information required click the green submit button and your account will be created.

1.2 How Do I Log In To My Salad Account?

To log in to your Salad Account go to http://www.saladltd.co.uk/catalog/ and click on the green man icon on the top right hand side of the screen. Enter your email address and password in the boxes provided then click the green ‘login’ button.

1.3 I Have Forgotten My Salad Account Password?

If you have forgotten your password then we do have a Password Reminder system at https://www.saladltd.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=password_forgotten

1.4 How Do I Browse The Salad Catalogue?

At Salad we have an ever-increasing range of products in the areas of NLP, Influence, Hypnosis, Happiness and Success, including Jamie Smart’s free weekly NLP Tip, the famous Salad cards, Audio, Books and DVDs.

Our online shop is divided into these categories that can be found listed in the left hand navigation bar at www.saladltd.co.uk/catalog

To see the products in each range just click the category you would like to browse i.e. Unconditional Happiness.

1.5 How Do I Convert The Prices To My Currency?

You are welcome to order from most countries, we have customers Worldwide and dispatch goods daily to all places around the globe.

We now have a built-in currency converter on the website that will display all the prices in the following currencies: British Pounds (£), US Dollars, Australian Dollars and Euros. All you need to do is go to www.saladltd.co.uk/catalog, if you look on the right hand side of the page you will see a green box with "Currencies" written in white, if you click on the drop down box and select US Dollars all of the products we have will now be displayed in US Dollars.

If you would like our prices in other currencies then the best way to get a very close approximate price in your local currency is to use www.xe.com/ucc/ which is a currency converter that will use the most current exchange rate to change the price from British Pounds to your currency. I cannot give you exact prices in your currency as they depend on the current exchange rate and the rate your specific card company/Paypal uses.

The price for Shipping Worldwide is £5.25 (regardless of the size of your order) so just add that to the price of the products you would like to order and then use the currency converter I mentioned above to calculate your price

1.6 How Do I View & Remove Products In My Shopping Basket?

To view your shopping basket simply click where it says ‘Shopping Cart [more]’ on the right hand side of the screen.

You will be taken to “Your Shopping Cart Contents” which displays everything that is currently in your shopping cart.

If you would like to remove a product from your shopping cart just click on the rubbish bin icon next to the product and the product will be removed.
