Last week we continued exploring the principles of mastery. This week we’re going to look at one of the most unexpected (& often challenging) aspects of learning NLP. In this article I’m going to lift the curtain on one of the most under-rated ways of accelerating your learning.

Early in my NLP journey, I was somewhat obsessed. I would wake early in the morning (between 5 & 6) to meditate & study NLP. I would read NLP books on the train on the way to & from work. After work, I’d watch NLP videos. Driving in my car, my partner had to beg me to play music once in a while, because given the choice, I would constantly listen to NLP audios. If anyone even hinted that they had a problem of some sort, I’d try & get them to hold still so I could “do NLP on them”. I spent the time between training courses looking forward to the next training course.
