Shipping Costs
Our charges for packing and shipping are as follows:
United Kingdom (UK): £4.95
Rest of World (Eg. US & Australia): £8.95
Recorded Delivery (Eg. India, Central America, South America, Japan, South Africa): £12.95
Please note that VAT is payable on all of our products (unless you live in a VAT exempt country) at 17.5%
Shipping & VAT charges are not included in the initial price visible and will be added on at checkout.
Delivery
We dispatch our products within two working days of receiving your valid payment (In the case of downloads the link will be made available straight away).
In the UK estimated delivery can take up to 10 working days on all products in stock.
In Mainland Europe please allow 10 - 14 working days on all products in stock.
For International Orders please allow 2 - 4 weeks on all products in stock.
We will notify you immediately when your product is dispatched.
E-Books & Other Downloads
Delivery is instant: Once your order is completed you will be emailed your download links automatically so you can access your E-Book or other download.
All our E-Books are in PDF format. You will need to download the Free Adobe Reader to view them or print them.
For Mp3 Audio Files you may use Media Player which comes with windows or any other player of your choice.
You can click the floppy disk button while viewing your eBook to save it locally. Alternatively right click (click and hold if using a Mac) and select "Save Target As" to save your eBook to your machine

If you are ever unhappy with any product purchased from Saladltd.co.uk, you can return it to us in its original condition (or in the case of downloadable items, email us) and we'll issue a full refund on your purchase. This process can take up to 3 weeks.
For your peace-of-mind we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50
