So, if you think you CAN'T do something then it's probably because of what you think it would mean if you DID...
...typically we create a 'because' to help rationalise the belief.
...a because is usually the little story we tell ouselves in our head that gives us the 'reason' why we CAN'T do something.
Remember - it's these "Can't's" that prevent us from having, doing and being what we want.
