What is Salad Bank?

Salad Bank is our way of saying thank you to you – our loyal clients.  It’s a referral system, and it is devastatingly simple, easy to use and works to your advantage as much as ours.

We like you.  You are a great customer already. You come on our trainings and we really appreciate your business.  We appreciate it so much that we want more of it.  We want to reward you for it.

We want you to stay a happy, loyal customer and we want you to bring along more people like you to fill our trainings so that we can put on more and better trainings in future.

How does Salad Bank work?

Every person who attends one of our trainings or events receives three Salad Bank vouchers.  Each voucher is worth £25.00 off the price of a training with Salad.
 

These are for you to give to people that you think would benefit from coming on a Salad training.  Once someone that you have referred redeems their voucher against a training and pays the balance of the training, we will contact you.  We will be letting you know that you now have £50.00 sitting in your Salad Bank account waiting to be redeemed against a training of your choice.

The nice thing is that every time you successfully refer a client to us you get that £50.00 discount, and you can either spread them across several trainings or save them up and get entire trainings for free.

The person you have referred may only redeem one £25.00 voucher against their initial training costs.  Thankfully for them, once they have attended their Salad training, they too become a happy, loyal customer, like you.  This means that they get their three vouchers and can start referring and saving for themselves.

What if I can’t attend trainings but want Salad Bank rewards?

We know that a large proportion of our tip subscribers in particular, come from outside of the U.K. and that many of you are loyal Salad supporters who buy our products and correspond with us regularly.

We would love to reward you too.  At the moment Salad Bank is just starting out, but we are hoping to extend the scheme next year to include Salad Bank vouchers redeemable against products and services available worldwide.  If you have any suggestions please e-mail us at Info@saladltd.co.uk and we will be delighted to take on board any ideas you may have.

Payment terms

We currently accept credit card payments through our website using Paypal.  We also have an application form available for our products and trainings which you can download from the website and send with a cheque to our trading address.  We accept payment by cheque in pounds sterling only.

Products

We require payment in full for all our products before they are despatched.  Once your payment has been received we will send your goods immediately by mail to the address specified.

Product refunds

If you are not completely delighted with your products please send them back to us within thirty days of receipt for a full, no quibble refund.

If your product reaches you in damaged condition or there are any problems whatsoever, please contact us immediately at sheila@saladltd.co.uk and we will do whatever it takes to rectify the problem.

Trainings

Our payment terms for our training programmes are more flexible.  Below are some of the ways you can pay.

Deposits

In order to secure your place on a training, a deposit is required (see terms & conditions for details), as follows:

20-day trainings                        Deposit of £400

2-3 day trainings                       Deposit of 50% of course fees

1 day trainings                          Payment in full

Flexible payment plan

For our twenty day trainings we are able to offer a flexible payment plan which staggers payment over the length of the training.  We are able to negotiate each case individually.  If you are interested in flexible payment terms please e-mail Info@saladltd.co.uk for full details.

All our other trainings must be paid for in full before the first day of training commences

Barter

Occasionally at Salad we look for people with certain skills which we need in order to progress our company further.  If you think you possess such skills we would be delighted to hear from you and may consider exchanging your abilities for our trainings.

All barter exchanges are subject to contract drawn up by Salad and involve a strict like for like valuation scheme which ensures that the full value of the training is paid in hours or skills by you.  Each case will be assessed individually, purely on its merits.

N.B.  We may not always be in the market for what you have to offer, but we can keep your details on file if we think your skills may be of use to use later on, so please contact us with anything you think is of interest and we will let you know.

In the event that you are unable to attend our training course the following cancellation fees/conditions apply:
 

• You may transfer to another Salad training course (subject to a 25% administration charge)

• You may send another delegate in your place at no extra charge

• If you wish to cancel completely at less than 1 month’s notice full course payment will be required

• Cancellation earlier than one month will incur a 50% cancellation fee

• All deposits are non-refundable
  
   

1. I confirm that I undertake this training with Salad Seminars Ltd of my own free will and that I take full responsibility for my own well-being at all times.

2. I confirm that I am in full good health and that I am fit to participate in this training.

3. I understand that if I am currently undergoing any form of treatment from a physician, psychiatrist or psychologist which may affect my training experience, that it is my responsibility to inform said persons and obtain their agreement that I am fit to train with Salad Seminars Ltd.

4. I acknowledge that any recording or written material used as part of the training with Salad Seminars Ltd or that Salad Seminars Ltd wish to produce as a result of one of their trainings, remains sole and exclusive property of Salad Seminars Ltd (including Intellectual Property Rights) and may not be used by me without obtaining prior written permission.

5. Salad Seminars Ltd reserves the right to record all trainings in any media they choose and for those recordings to remain their property (see no.4.) which they can then dispose of as they see fit, with full regard to existing laws and publishing regulations.

6. I agree to use the powerful skills, techniques and learnings of NLP with the greatest care and attention.

7. I will under no circumstances, misuse the powerful skills, techniques and learnings that I will gain on this training course.

8. I agree that I have carefully read and completely understood all the above terms and my signature on this application form along with the fees paid to Salad Seminars Ltd constitute a full and binding agreement to the above terms and conditions.

• Please allow up to 4-6 week from the order date for delivery (although we always do our utmost to ship our goods to you as soon as possible.  We are usually able to process and send an order to you within 48 hours – if this is not possible we will take all pains to keep you up to date with the progress of your order)
• Your delivery may require a signature
• We do not accept third party orders
• An e-mail confirmation of your order will be sent to you
• We will review your order for approval as soon as possible
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without prejudice and for any reason whatsoever
